Ammaar Ali has been charged with allegedly shooting a man in the head in Brooklyn over the weekend, cops said.
Ali was linked to the Saturday evening slaying of Joseph Heredia, 29, during a dispute over drugs — possibly marijuana — in Bushwick around 5:50 p.m. Saturday, authorities said late Monday.

The dispute began inside a building on Stanhope Street near Irving Avenue, cops said.
Heredia was inside when the suspect entered, and the two “engaged in conversation” before walking out, cops said.
Witnesses reported hearing gunshots and then seeing people running, according to police.
According to authorities, Heredia was shot in the head and rushed to Wyckoff Heights Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

After the incident, Ali fled to his home blocks from the scene, cops said.
