Incident Details
The shooting took place just outside the Gadsden County Capital Regional Medical Center emergency room in Quincy just before midnight, the Tallahassee Democrat reported.

The sheriff’s office said Woods was last seen driving a silver or grey Nissan SUV on US90 headed toward Tallahassee.

According to a GCSO spokesperson, not much is known about what led up to the shooting, but the man died from his injuries. It was his birthday.
The Democrat said a sheriff’s office spokesperson said they have little information about what led up to the shooting. Saturday was the man’s birthday, the spokesperson said.
