Stephanie Crone-Overholts was a missing woman from Lutz, Pennsylvania. Her Body Parts Found In Tampa Bay.

Details are sparse, but Tampa police have now identified the body parts in McKay Bay on Nov. 11 as belonging to Crone-Overholts.


She was 47 years old.

Stephanie Crone-Overholts Remains Found

At 4:25 p.m. Nov. 11, fishers discovered the leg floating in McKay Bay at the 22nd Street Causeway Licata Bridge in Port Tampa.

Detectives and police divers responded to the scene and recovered additional body parts just before noon Friday. Police were able to identify Crone-Overholts by a tattoo found just beneath the lower right calf with three hearts with the names Sean, Greg, and Zach written on each heart.

Police also located a 2008 silver Hyundai Elantra with Pennsylvania tags photographed in the area where the body parts were dumped.

YourErie.com confirmed through Erie, Pennsylvania, Police Chief Dan Spizarny that Overholts grew up and attended school in Erie.

The police didn’t release any other details about her. However, one of her Facebook pages shows photos of two young children taken a year ago. It’s unclear whose children they are.

She lists no information about her relationships or occupation on either of her two Facebook pages. The last entry was on Oct. 22, when she posted a new profile photo.

The three names on her tattoo are all listed as relatives: Sean Overholts, 49, Gregory Overholts, 48, and Zach Overholts, no age, all listed as residing in Erie and Lake City, Pennsylvania, area.
