Fort Wayne police are looking for Sherry Spaulding, who left an area Emergency Room Monday morning and hasn’t been seen since.
Police say Ms. Spaulding was last seen at the Parkview Hospital Randallia ER at 11 am Monday wearing black pants and a gray t-shirt with “A-1 Bail Bonds Service” on the back. She is white, stands 5’6″ tall, and weighs 155 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

Sherry Spaulding is missing from Fort Wayne, Indiana. Police believe she is in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
The Fort Wayne Police Department said Sherry Spaulding was last seen Monday, Sept. 20, at 11 a.m.

Spaulding is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt with an A-1 Bail Bonding logo and black pants.
Spaulding is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
Silver Alert
Doctors have told police she has a medical condition that can make her a danger to herself and others unless she takes her prescribed medications, which police believe she is not doing.
A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for Spaulding, a 50-year-old woman missing from Fort Wayne.
