Sheila Marie Riggie is an Oklahoma City woman arrested on child abuse complaints after three children told police they had been attacked.
She has been jailed on child abuse charges after her two children called their father and told him she was abusing them.
She is 32 years old.
The father called the police, reporting that Sheila Marie Riggie, 32, has a drinking problem, and her behavior has been getting more extreme, News 9 reported.
The man said he filed a report with the Department of Human Services, but no action was taken. He also said he rescued the 11- and 6-year-old boys when they told him Riggie had threatened to cut their throats.
The police report filed in the case said the boys had visible injuries. One boy had a swollen eye and a cut on his back and chest; he told police Riggie had tried to stab him with a screwdriver. The other child had a bite mark on his cheek and forehead.
The children told police Riggie “punched, kicked and bit them all and threw knives at them.”

Sheila Marie Riggie Arrested
Police went to Riggie’s home and arrested her.
She was taken to the Oklahoma County jail and booked on complaints of child abuse.
News 9 spoke to the ex-husband who made the call to police off-camera; he said the children are healthy and doing better.
Neighbors said they would hear yelling from time to time but never suspected any abuse.
“No not at all, we heard the commotion, but we weren’t thinking it was to that extent. From the stuff we have been hearing there is a limit and I feel like they passed that,” said Teejay Adams, neighbor.
The boys had visible injuries, according to the report.
