“It is with a heavy heart I must let everyone know what’s going on with me and my health,” he said in the May post. “I have been hospitalized for over the last month. I have been diagnosed with liver failure. And the prognosis is not so good.”

Brian wrote, “He will get a new catheter for dialysis, the blood clot in his leg taken care of and a vessel in his heart fixed (goes without saying, the heart needs to be very strong to withstand a transplant). All these procedures have risks. But they need to be done in order for him to be a candidate, so of course, I consented to them.”
