Mohibur Rahman and his wife have killed in a horrific crash where parents of four, a grieving relative confirmed.

Four children from Birmingham have been left orphaned after the devastating multi-vehicle crash on a highway in Wythall in Worcestershire killed both of their parents


His age is unclear.

A435 Crash

West Mercia Police said a black Honda Civic traveling south was involved in a collision near an Esso petrol station, sending it across the central reservation and into oncoming traffic on the northbound carriageway.

West Midlands Ambulance Service sent ‘multiple resources’ to the scene including two air ambulances.

A spokeswoman for the service said: “A man and woman have sadly died after a multi-vehicle collision in Worcestershire on Monday (February 22) afternoon.

“We were called at 4.40 pm after reports of a road traffic collision involving six vehicles at the junction of the A435 and Hill Lane in Wythall.

“Crews arrived at the scene to find a serious road traffic collision, with two occupants from one of the vehicles in a critical condition.

“The critical care teams from the air ambulances split up to deliver advanced trauma care to the man and woman

“Unfortunately though, despite everyone’s best efforts, nothing could be done to save them and both patients were confirmed dead at the scene.”

West Mercia Police has said it is appealing for witnesses to come forward.


The couple was confirmed dead at the scene by paramedics.

Two other people were rushed to Birmingham’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

One who had been being treated for serious injuries was in a ‘stable condition’.


A tribute on the page read: “This beautiful couple leaves behind a family of three daughters and one son.
