Since vanishing, Leicestershire Police took to social media asking for help. People across the area concerned about McKenzie have been sharing the urgent appeal.

In a statement, the force said: ‘Enquiries have been ongoing to locate McKenzie, and officers are now appealing for anyone with any information regarding McKenzie’s whereabouts to contact police.
‘McKenzie may have traveled out of the Leicestershire area.’
