Northamptonshire Police said Ms. Durdant-Hollamby’s death was being treated as murder, and no one else was being sought in connection with the incident.
On Wednesday, the force said preliminary post-mortem reports showed that Ms. Durdant-Hollamby died of stab wounds and Mr. Green had self-inflicted knife wounds.
It added that both families have been informed of the findings and support them by specialist officers.

Green was a marketing director who was found dead with a 22-year-old dancer in a suspected murder-suicide that had a “string of young girlfriends,” it emerged last night.
The bodies of Maddie Durdant-Hollamby and Ben Green, 41, were found by cops at a house in Kettering, Northamptonshire, shortly before 1 pm on Friday after a report of concern for her welfare.
Detectives probing the case said they are treating the death of marketing executive, Maddie from Wimblington, Cambridgeshire, as murder.
But officers said they are not looking for anyone else in connection with her death.
Maddie and Green are believed to have been in a relationship after meeting in the marketing department at Alumasc Water Management Solutions.

Senior investigating officer, Detective Chief Inspector Joe Banfield, said: “Our investigation into the deaths of Maddie and Ben continues, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
“We continue to ask that the media leave the families and friends of Maddie and Ben to grieve in peace, and cease any efforts to contact them at this desperately sad time.”
