Idaho State Police have issued an AMBER Alert on Monday for Lillian Dixon, who may be in Washington with an armed and dangerous sex offender.
According to the alert, Lillian Dixon is with Jonathan Bowles, 36, she formed a relationship. Bowles convinced Dixon to go with him and “to go along with any story to evade capture,” the alert also stated.

Authorities said they believe Dixon is in a rural area of Columbia County near Starbuck or Waitsburg.
The Lewiston, Idaho, Police Department said that Dixon was last seen Friday afternoon at the Lewiston High School library. She left her cell phone and laptop there, KREM reported.
KREM reported that Bowles is a non-compliant sex offender who has multiple felony warrants out for his arrest. According to Garfield County police, Bowles has prior convictions for child molestation, indecent liberties, and the sexual assault of a child younger than 16.

Bowles was described as being 6 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing 235 pounds, and having brown hair and blue eyes.
Dixon is 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 100 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black-and-white California beanie, denim jeans, a black-and-white jacket, and brown cowboy boots. According to the Amber Alert, she also has a yellow and blue backpack.
KLEW reported that Bowles’ vehicle was found abandoned just north of Waitsburg.
The Amber Alert stated that Bowles and Dixon might be travelling on foot. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts should call Idaho State Police at 208-209-8730.
