Jessica Smith is a woman from Boston. She lives in Massachusetts. Smith went viral after pulling a stunt at a crime scene, causing a lot of trouble to the cops.

She drove a golf car through the scene of a tense Florida standoff between Pinellas County deputies and an armed man on Sunday night.


She is 28 years old.

Incident Details

The incident reportedly took place on September 5, when the deputies were trying to hold three suspects on the run. They managed to track one of them, aged 18, who was seen with a gun on a rooftop of one of the houses in the neighborhood.

During the cops’ standoff with the suspects that lasted six hours, Jessica drove a golf cart into the scene, passing several sheriff’s office vehicles despite being ordered to stay away.

Jessica’s actions were severely condemned by the cops, who noted that her presence at the crime scene was dangerous. It may come across as if she took an interest in the situation owing to her connection to the suspects.

However, the authorities confirmed that Jessica had no connection with the teenager in question and the reason for her actions is yet to be determined.

WFLA reports state, “According to an arrest affidavit, a naked woman who had nothing to do with the situation, made things even harder when she decided to drive a golf cart into the crime scene in Dunedin.”


The cops also confirmed that Jessica was reeking alcohol when the incident took place.

The affidavit states Jessica’s “actions and inability to follow directions put multiple deputies at risk for potentially getting shot at. The defendant had a distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person, and she was completely nude.”.

Jessica is now facing charges for resisting an officer.

Meanwhile, deputies tried to negotiate Abbott’s surrender, but the sheriff’s office said he refused. A SWAT team and a negotiator response team were also unable to convince him to surrender, as was his sister, brought in to attempt to speak with him.

After about six hours, deputies used “specialized equipment and bean bag rounds” to force Abbott off the roof and take him into custody. He was transported to a hospital to treat the gunshot wound and transported to jail upon his release.

Abbott was charged with loitering and prowling, two counts of aggravated assault of a law enforcement officer, two counts of aggravated assault, felon in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, resisting an officer without violence, and grand theft of a gun. He also had a warrant for vehicular homicide. He remains behind bars without bond, according to jail records.

The two other males on the street with Abbott were also taken into custody. Skyi Julien, 16, was charged with grand theft of a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, and possession of a firearm by a person under 18. He was transported to the Pinellas Juvenile Assessment Center. Ki’moni Anderson, 18, was charged with grand theft of a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm, and felon in possession of a gun. He was taken to Pinellas County Jail and released after posting bond, jail records said.
