Jarron Pridgeon Wiki – Jarron Pridgeon Bio
Jarron Pridgeon is the man blamed for shooting five kids ages 1 to 9 and his sibling to death in a shocking killing in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
The kids, their auntie says, were going to “change the world.”
Lynn Hamlin, the press officer for Muskogee Police Department, said in a news-gathering that Jarron Pridgeon was the suspect.
He was captured with a weapon after the shooting, police said, demonstrating an official discharged at him and missed.
He is not being cooperative with police, according to Hamlin.
He is 26 years old.
Jarron Pridgeon Accused of Shooting 5 Children
Muskogee police said they don’t yet know why Pridgeon fatally shot Javarion Lee, 24, or the children, the oldest of whom was 9. The children’s mother, Brittany Anderson, was also wounded in the shootings early Tuesday and was hospitalized in Tulsa.
Police identified the slain children as Jalaiya Pridgeon, 1; Jaidus Pridgeon, 3; Harmony Anderson, 5; Neveah Pridgeon, 6; and Que’dynce Anderson, 9.
Court and jail records do not list an attorney who could speak on Pridgeon’s behalf.
Pridgeon and the victims lived in the home where the shootings occurred, Muskogee police said.
Jarron Deajon Pridgeon of Muskogee was charged with six counts of first-degree murder, shooting with intent to kill and possession of firearms during probation, court records show.
Pridgeon has three earlier cases in Muskogee County, as indicated by state online court records. One case was recorded as a criminal lawful offence for “robbery of the auto.”
It said a warrant was given for his capture in 2017. His lawyer requested to pull out from the case, saying that Pridgeon hadn’t paid and didn’t keep in contact.
The examiner made a movement for a psychological wellness and competency assessment of Pridgeon all things considered.
The lawful offence allegation was excused in the wake of being altered to wrongdoing checks, court records say. He was announced poor. He was blamed for taking a lady’s Ford Taurus:
The second case was also a felony. The charges were “assault, battery, or assault and battery with a dangerous weapon,” and “threaten to perform an act of violence,” and “malicious injury to property.”
There is a GoFundMe page to help the mother.
“My name is Raven Anderson, I am Brittany Anderson’s sister. Today, February 2, 2021, an incident occurred where my sister was brutally attacked and 5 of her children were killed. Their names were Jalaiya (2), Jaidus(3), Harmony(5), Nevaeh(6), and Quedynce who had just turned 9 on January 12th,” the organizer wrote.
“My sister is still in critical condition, but we have the utmost faith that she will pull through. My nieces and nephew had bright futures ahead of them and I know they were going to change the world, but God needed them more than we did, so he called them home sooner than we could’ve ever expected.”
