Thames Valley Police officers have rearrested a man and a woman initially arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the death of Colby Lawton in Fountain Gardens, Ashridge Court, Newbury, on May 9 last year.
Officers were called to the scene at around 1.50 am after reports the baby was in cardiac arrest.
He was taken to hospital but later died.

Colby was born on April 10 and was less than a month old at his death.
