Dulce would now be 7 years old.
Missing
Dulce was last seen on September 16, 2019, at Bridgeton City Park. She would now be seven years old.
Noema Alavez Perez, Dulce’s mother, told police she was in a car nearby with an 8-year-old relative while Dulce and her 3-year-old brother played on the playground. When Perez went to check on the children, Dulce was nowhere to be found.
Mother Statement
In a previous interview with Action News, Alavez Perez said she regrets letting her then-5-year-old daughter leave her sight.

“It gives me bad memories because I wish I could go back to the time and come with her to the park and not leave her alone,” she said.
While speaking with ABC News, Alavez Perez said there isn’t a day she doesn’t think about her daughter.

“I would say I’m sorry for not looking over her,” she said while getting emotional.
Police Report
In April of this year, Dulce’s father, Edgar Perez, denied that he had her or knew what happened to her. Perez was deported to Mexico the Christmas before his daughter went missing. A spokesperson for Perez told CBS3 he made a video to affirm his love for his daughter and deny rumors he knows what happened.

There is a $75,000 reward for information leading to finding Dulce.
