Clint Arlis, one of the contestants on Season 11 of “The Bachelorette,” has died.
Clint’s sister, Taylor, broke the news … “It is with great sadness, to tell you that my family has lost my best friend and older brother Clint on the morning of January 11th. Please respect our family’s privacy as we try to cope with this great loss.”
Taylor did not provide information on the cause of death. She said they’ll be sharing details on the service.
He was 34 years old.
Clint Arlis Died
His former wrestling coach has announced that Bachelorette star Clint has tragically died at the age of just 34.
Clint appeared during the eleventh season, which aired back in 2015 and during the season, he was one of the men vying for the love of dance instructor Kaitlyn Bristowe, 29.
Clint was eliminated from the lineup during his third week.
Clint’s death was announced on Twitter and read: “It is with a heavy heart and a sense of profound loss that we announce the death of one of the Batavia Wrestling Program’s All-Time greats, 2005 graduate, Clint Arlis.”
The cause of Clint’s death is not yet known.
Details about services for Clint Arlis have not yet been announced.
His sister said in a Facebook post that the information was forthcoming as her family tries to cope with the great loss.
Brian Osborne, a contestant on the 10th season of The Bachelorette, shared a tribute to Clint Arlis on Twitter.
Osborne said though the two never met in person, they got to know each other through a fantasy football league with Bach alumni guys.
“Says a lot about him as a person that he reached out to me when my best friend died unexpectedly,” Osborne wrote.
“The guy didn’t even know me. Taken too soon.”

Nick Viall, who was also on season 11 with Arlis, reacted to Arlis’ death on Twitter.
“Just heard about the passing of Clint Arlis. I got a chance to get to know Clint a little after our time on Kaitlyns season and I always enjoy our time and conversations,” he wrote.
“A very kind, unique, and talented person who was taken from this world far too soon. RIP Clint.”
