Chris is an Emmy Award-winning American sportscaster. Myers grew to prominence for his coverage on the 1989 San Francisco earthquake, which held place during the World Series. In his years of career being a sportscaster, Chris has reported various famous sports leagues, which hold Super Bowl, World Series, NFL, NBA, MLB, U.S. Open, Triple Crown, Final Four, and Daytona 500. Career
Chris’s career in broadcasting started during his high school while Myers hosted his own show on Miami’s WKAT radio. At that time, Chris took the opportunity to interview some of the sports legends such as Muhammad Ali and Don Shula.
Later, Myers served in some other channels, which include WWL-TV, WTVJ-TV, and WCIX-TV. In 1988, Chris moved to the ESPN channels, wherever Myers was given the responsibility to host some shows like SportsCenter and Baseball Tonight. Later, Chris entered the interview program Up Close, to which Myers also was passed with an Emmy Award. Later on, Chris grew the initial person to attend live interviews with O.J. Simpson.
Following 10th years of service at ESPN, Chris started working for the Fox Sports team in 1998. In 2001, Myers was given over the job to host FOX Sports NASCAR CUP SERIES, DAYTONA 500 live, and multiple other shows. Moreover, in 2018, Chris took the chance to meet some of the most famous championship boxing fights in the world as the blow-by-blow commentator for FOX Sports’ Premier Boxing Champions. Myers married to Susan Myers. Chris, his wife, and his son Alex. He lives in Southern California with their 3 dogs.
On 16th February 2012, Myers and Susan missed their son, Christopher, in a car accident while he was only 19th years old—Christopher’s car ran off the roadway and hit in Southern California. Accepting his son’s legacy, Myers and his wife had 3 dogs, a Jack Russell, a chihuahua, and a different breed—Christopher was a dog lover.
