Carmen Miller is a Marysville woman, and police are asking the public’s help for Miller, who may be a victim of sex trafficking, who disappeared Saturday evening.
The Oakland Police Department said Miller’s family last heard from her Saturday around 11:20 p.m. Family told police that she might be staying in a hotel near MacArthur Boulevard.

She is 18 years old.
Missing
The Oakland Police Department sent out a news release Sunday saying the teen, Miller, was potentially at a hotel in the city in the area of MacArthur Boulevard.
She had not been heard from since just before 11:30 p.m. Saturday.

According to investigators, the family said Miller is in good physical condition but has mild autism and Asperger’s syndrome. She is white, 5 feet 1 inch tall, about 130 pounds, with brown/red hair and green eyes.

Found Safe
In an update around noon, the Oakland Police Department said 18-year-old Carmen Miller “has been safely located.”
Police did not release additional information about how she was located.
