Brandon Presha is a Laurens, South Carolina native facing charges after tattooing a child inside a fast-food restaurant.
Laurens police say local resident Presha was arrested Tuesday on charges of illegal tattooing and underage tattooing.
WYFF-TV reports that Laurens Police Chief Chrissie Latimore said a judge set bond on both charges at $25,000.
He is 28-year-old.
Latimore said the Aug. 6 incident came to the police department’s attention last Saturday after some of her detectives were tagged in social media posts that showed a video of the child being tattooed.
During our investigation, Latimore said that Presha was identified as the unlicensed tattoo artist, and the individual receiving the tattoo was a juvenile.
“It was a disgusting display,” Latimore told WYFF News 4.

She said from the video, and the tattooing appeared to be performed in the front dining area of McDonald’s.
Latimore said she did not know if Presha had done the tattooing there before, “but he looked pretty comfortable.”
He was arrested on Tuesday and facing illegal tattooing, underage tattooing charges.
Presha is being held, and it wasn’t known if he has an attorney who could speak on his behalf.
Police identified the man as 28-year-old Brandon Presha of Laurens. According to officers, Presha is charged with illegal and underage tattooing after police learned that the person who got the tattoo was a minor.
Laurens Police Department says it’s working with the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control to hold those who participated accountably.
The department confirmed that Presha is at the Laurens County Detention Center until he posts bond.
