Bella is described as a white female, 5’4″, 170 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Police say she was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with Ice Cube, ripped black jeans, and black crocs with charms. The San Antonio police describe Moreno as a white male, 5’7″, 200 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. He is driving a gold Chevy Impala with a dent on the right side passenger door, according to police. Moreno was last heard at 400 Hotwells Blvd in San Antonio around 1:30 p.m. Thursday, November 18.

KSAT Katrina Webber wrote in a Facebook post, “An Amber Alert has been issued for Bella Martinez. San Antonio police say, Aryel Moreno, 17, abducted the 13-year-old. They may be in a gold Chevy Impala. SAPD did not release the license plate number. If you see them, call (210) 207-7660.”
