Smiley was last seen around 4:30 p.m. March 3, when she left her home in Lenoir City with William Tyler Nicholson, 22.
Smiley is 5’2″, 110 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
The two are travelling in a silver 2004 Nissan Titan truck with Tennessee license plate BFV 8107.
The TBI says the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office wants Nicholson to suspect aggravated kidnapping.
Amber Alert
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Amber Alert for a teen missing out of Loudon County.
Tennessee Burea of Investigation (TBI) sources reportedly said that Nicholson is wanted on suspicion of aggravated kidnapping.
According to the report, police believe the pair is travelling in a silver 2004 Nissan Titan truck with Tennessee license plate number BFV 8107.
The report does not include further details about the relationship between the suspect and the victim.
Found Safe
Smiley was found safe after around half an hour, and Nicholson was taken into custody. Officials with the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office said a 911 call helped them locate the two.
